1. Acceptance of Terms

By provisioning an account, accessing IGNIVION APIs, downloading software binaries (including IgniMailer or RickSMS APK), or utilizing our gateway infrastructures, you legally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing IGNIVION products.

2. Acceptable Use Policy & Anti-Abuse Mandate

All users and enterprise clients must utilize IGNIVION communications tools exclusively for lawful, verified operations. The following actions constitute grounds for immediate termination without prior notice:

• Transmitting unsolicited mass commercial messages (SPAM) violating TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or equivalent local statutes.
• Attempting unauthorized reverse engineering, packet sniffing, or fuzzing against non-whitelisted IGNIVION network nodes.
• Distributing malware, spyware, extortion payloads, or impersonating financial institutions via SMS or Email channels.
• Sharing API credentials or subverting account tier bandwidth quotas.

3. Software Licensing & Intellectual Property

All source code, proprietary algorithms, GUI designs, brand assets, and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of IGNIVION Inc. Standalone executables are granted under a non-transferable, limited commercial license. You may not decompile, sublicense, or create derivative works without explicit written authorization.

4. Service Level Agreements & Liability Limit

IGNIVION strives for continuous 99.99% infrastructure availability. However, services are provided on an "as-is" basis. In no event shall IGNIVION Inc. or its directors be liable for consequential damages, lost profits, carrier network outages beyond our direct routing control, or third-party telecom tariff fluctuations.
